Key Responsibilities
Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies across a variety of platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand goals.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and developers, fostering collaboration and creative excellence while maintaining a high standard of work.
Brand Development and Design Direction: Oversee the development and execution of brand identities, digital assets, and marketing materials that are visually striking and on-brand.
Client Liaison and Presentation: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and present creative concepts and strategies in an engaging and impactful way.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across branding, design, and digital projects.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) and a strong understanding of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing creativity with business objectives.
